About Danny:
I own and Run Union Management, a bespoke global talent agency and have done since 2014, prior to that I worked as a freelance casting assistant, then associate. I have extensive and up to date knowledge of the casting process, agent and representative experience and work as an actor.

Alongside my work, I like to work with the wider community of actors, artists and creatives in order to re engage with their career and help point them in the right direction.
​
Alongside Union, I also co run Actors Coaching International alongside Daniel Dresner and my work at ACI is reflective of my work at Union and as a coach.

About Jenn:
I come to coaching from a place of having been there. Drowning in anxiety, wishing there was someone who could just point me in any direction and help me out of how overwhelming it all can feel. Once I made it through to the other side, all I wanted was to pull other people over with me. It started with helping friends with self taping and being the “therapist friend” who would help them out of their spiral. Then I started working with an agency and I saw how great the need was for honesty and support, and I knew it was time to open up and offer what I do to the world.
I am "the antidote to all the bullshit actors are fed" - a client once said this to me and it immediately became my slogan, my “brand”, whatever you want to call it. I’m here to fight against the gatekeeping that frequently occurs in this industry. I will never tell you I have all the answers, and I don’t come at you with polished slideshows guaranteeing any outcome. What I will do is provide guidance and support while we search for the answers together. What I will do is show you “the great reframe” of how you can train your mindset to look at and approach things differently. What I will do is give you actionable steps to move the needle in the right direction and help you come up with a plan to feel successful every day without relying on auditioning or booking numbers.
What does that look like practically? Individual or Group sessions with no more than 5 actors in a group where we do check-ins and I’ll speak about something that I see coming up for a lot of actors or happening in the industry. Then everyone gets personal time where we discuss your goals and I help you make them practical and create the next steps that you can control - aka your homework. Being a neurodiverse girlie myself I really love breaking things down and finding workarounds to your mental and emotional roadblocks.
